Today, I completed a challenging leg workout as part of my CAS activity. My goal was to improve my lower body strength, endurance, and overall fitness by pushing myself beyond my usual limits.
The workout included a range of exercises targeting different muscle groups in my legs, such as squats, lunges, and other strength-based movements. These exercises required balance, control, and proper technique. As the session progressed, the intensity increased, and I began to feel significant muscle fatigue, especially during the final sets.
Despite the difficulty, I stayed focused and motivated to complete the workout. It required mental resilience as well as physical effort, since I had to push through tiredness and maintain good form. This experience showed me the importance of discipline and consistency in physical training.
