Today, I pushed myself further and managed to climb 80 floors on the StairMaster. Compared to my previous attempts, I felt stronger and more confident, managing my breathing better and maintaining a steady rhythm throughout the climb. The last 10 floors were still tough, but I reminded myself of the progress I had made over the past sessions. Reaching 80 floors was a huge milestone for me and reinforced the importance of persistence, patience, and gradually pushing my limits. I now feel even more prepared to work toward my ultimate goal of 100 floors.
LO2 – I demonstrated perseverance and commitment by steadily increasing my endurance and successfully climbing 80 floors, building on the progress of previous sessions.
