Today, I pushed myself further and climbed 70 floors on the StairMaster, improving from my previous record of 60. Although I still found it challenging, I noticed that my breathing and endurance had improved since my last attempt. I focused on keeping a steady pace which helped me power through the final few floors. Reaching 70 felt like a big step forward and showed me that consistent effort really does lead to progress. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and feel even more motivated to keep training toward my ultimate goal of climbing 100 floors.
LO2 – I demonstrated perseverance and commitment by continuing to train on the StairMaster and successfully increasing my endurance to reach 70 floors.
