Today, I completed an intense lower body workout focused on training my legs. My goal was to improve my strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness through a challenging session.
The workout included exercises targeting different leg muscles, such as squats, lunges, and other lower body movements. These exercises required proper form, balance, and control. As the workout progressed, the intensity increased, and I began to feel muscle fatigue, especially during the later sets.
Despite the difficulty, I stayed focused and pushed myself to complete the full workout. This required both physical effort and mental discipline, as I had to overcome tiredness and continue performing each exercise correctly.
LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken – The intensity of the workout challenged my physical limits and endurance.
