Riding My Bike (May 4th, 2026)

Today, I completed a long bike ride around Vilnius, cycling approximately 20 kilometers. My goal was to stay physically active while also exploring different parts of the city and improving my endurance.

The ride was both enjoyable and physically demanding. Cycling for such a long distance required stamina, concentration, and consistent effort. At certain points, especially when going uphill or riding against the wind, I began to feel tired. However, I stayed motivated and continued riding until I completed the full distance.

During the ride, I was able to enjoy the scenery around Vilnius and appreciate the outdoors. Biking through different areas of the city made the experience more interesting and relaxing, while also helping me clear my mind and reduce stress.

This activity helped me understand the importance of perseverance and maintaining a steady pace during physical exercise. It also showed me how enjoyable exercise can be when combined with exploration and time outdoors.

LO7: Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions – I followed traffic and cycling safety rules throughout the ride.
