Doing an intense upper body workout (November 14th, 2025)

On November 14th, I completed an intense upper body workout at the gym as part of my CAS activity. My focus was on improving my strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness through a structured and challenging workout session.

The workout included exercises targeting my arms, shoulders, and back. I pushed myself to increase the weight and number of repetitions compared to previous sessions, which made the workout physically demanding. At times, it was challenging to maintain proper form due to muscle fatigue, but I stayed focused and took short breaks to recover before continuing.

This session required determination and perseverance, especially during the final sets when my muscles were tired. Despite the difficulty, I felt a strong sense of accomplishment after completing the workout. Regular gym training has helped me become more aware of my physical limits and how to push them safely.
