On the 14th of September, I decided to wake up earlier and complete an intense leg-day workout at the gym, focusing on building lower-body strength and improving endurance. The workout included a variety of exercises, such as squats, lunges, and the use of different gym machines like the leg press or seated leg curls. It required both physical effort and mental discipline. I challenged myself by increasing the weights and pushing beyond my usual limits. Although the session was tough, I felt satisfied and proud of my determination and the progress I made. This activity helped me develop perseverance and realise that I am capable of more than I initially thought.
