Over the past week, I focused on developing my musical skills by learning to play the song “Beržas” by Free Finga and Monika Liu on drums. My goal was to improve my rhythm and coordination
.I began by listening to the song carefully to understand its tempo and rhythmic patterns. I then practiced each section slowly, paying close attention to timing and coordination between my hands and feet. Some parts were challenging, especially maintaining a steady rhythm throughout the song, but repeating difficult sections helped me gradually improve.
As I became more confident, I experimented with dynamics by playing certain parts louder or softer to better match the feeling of the song. This helped me engage creatively with the music instead of just copying the rhythm. By the end of the practice session, I was able to play the song more smoothly and felt proud of my progres
