On the 16th of October I had my first CAS interview with my CAS coordinator Mrs. Tauriene. During the interview, we discussed my overall progress in the Creativity, Activity, and Service strands, focusing on how my experiences have helped me develop different skills and achieve my goals. I reflected on my planning process, time management, and the balance I maintained across the three areas of CAS.
We also talked about the goals I had set at the beginning of the CAS program and how I worked towards them through consistent participation and reflection. The conversation also touched on any challenges I might have faced — but overall, I did not experience any major difficulties. My planning went smoothly, and I was able to complete my activities on time and with a clear sense of purpose.
