On the 13th of September, I decided to develop and refine my own healthy protein shake recipe, focusing on nutrient-rich products and taste. I researched various sources on sports nutrition and experimented with different combinations of fruits, seeds, and protein bases to create a balanced shake suitable for post-workout recovery. The final recipe includes bananas, blueberries, protein powder, greek yogurt, honey and kefir. As a result, I can now quickly prepare a nutritious and delicious shake after exercising. My aim was not only to create a recipe that fits my own dietary needs, but also one that can be shared with others seeking simple, nutritious options.
Goals: develop an understanding of nutritional balance, and improve my skills in recipe development and presentation.

This experience allowed me to apply creativity in a practical, health-oriented way, while deepening my awareness of my own nutritional needs. It also inspired me to share my recipe with others who might benefit from a simple, nutritious post-workout option. Overall, I strengthened my skills in research, experimentation, and self-management, while promoting healthy living through creative expression.
